Time Frame for Returns


Products must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. Returns outside this period may not be accepted.


Process for Returns

4. Refund Approval: If the returned product passes our quality check, we will process your refund.


 Refund Method


- For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallets, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. The refund process will be initiated within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s), subject to passing the quality check.

- For Cash on Delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer to your banking account. We will contact you for your bank details once the return is approved.

 Exceptions and Non-returnable Items


- Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

- Items on sale or clearance cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.


Shipping Charges for Returns


- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to receiving a defective or incorrect product. In such cases, OnePlayer.co.in will bear the return shipping charges.
