Return And Replacement Policy
Order Dispatch:
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Your orders are dispatched promptly every day at 12 pm, with the exception of public holidays.
- Once dispatched, you can expect the following delivery times:
- Metro cities: Your order will typically arrive within 2 to 5 working days.
- For the rest of India: Please allow 4 to 7 working days for delivery.
- We ship your order from our hub in New Delhi.
- When initiating a return, please ensure that items are returned in their original condition, including our box, packaging, and all tags and labels as they were delivered to you. This is essential for acceptance by our warehouse.
- We are pleased to inform you that all returns are free of charge.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Products marked as SALE.
- For those wishing to return SALE items, please be aware that the customer will be responsible for the Rs 150/- shipping charge.
- Face masks, key chains, free gifts, and promotional items.
- International orders are not eligible for returns.
- Returns may be rejected if the item is not returned in its original packaging and perfect condition.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- You have a 4-day window from the receipt of your shipment to register a return for your order.
